Bonitas is not the best medical aid anymore

My husband went to the doctor on the 16th March, and once again this claim has been rejected for no valid reason. I have been struggling to get the anesthetist paid for the past year and they still have not paid them, claiming the doctors account number is incorrect. Why do I pay so much for a medical aid just to get my claims rejected and then it will take them 15 working days to solve a problem. Do they not care about their members? I am very disappointed.
