Bonitas is not customer centric

I asked Bonitas not to pay a claim because it was submitted *****ulently the answer I got from them was that they will pay and I must speak to the person who submitted it *****ulently . I had to make lot of calls to the hospital being sent pillar to post. I have reached a conclusion that Bonitas doesn’t have the best interest on me as their customer. They went ahead and processed the claim . This is the last straw I can’t be continuing with this medical aid
