BONITAS IS NON-EXISTANT AND UNFUNCTIONAL!!!!!

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, WHAT IS GOING ON??? Nothing is working, claims are not being processed and paid WHY??? We can't get our chronic meds or see a doctor and being told we have no saving when there was clearly thousands of rand before this "hand over". Where is my savings and why can NOTHING be claimed from it??? The new update app is also pathetic and useless it shows nothing of use, no claims or balances are being shown on this app since the 15/05. We have also not received our May statement either WHY????
