Bonitas is negligent with patients lives

Really the worst medical aid providers who never prioritise patients and their medical care.

I have been on Revellex treatment for years, which is for a chronic condition for Ulcerative colitis and every year when I have to get approval for my treatment I am sent from pillar to post, I call in daily and get the response that my query has been escalated and response will be received by 24 to 48 hours. It has been two weeks now and I am over due, this is harshly affecting my health as I am bedridden and unable to work due the pains I am experiencing. How am I expected then to pay for my medical aid when I am unable to work because there are failing me. Chronic department needs to do better, because lives are lost because of pure negligence and incompetence
