Worst service from Bonitas while I pay R16000 every month. I went to buy medication for my daughter whose not feeling well and bonitas are playing games with our lives. Clicks pharmacy told me my daughter is not covered and they claim 16000r from me every month. Come November I'm changing to Bestmed or Discovery. If you are in the market for new medical aid stay away from this **** company that plays with people's lives. On top of that your client **** care closes at 5pm. I wish we were able to change medical aids at anytime, I would have done it today after what you did. We pay with hard earned money and you play marbles with our lives.
