Bonitas is killing my brother

My brother was diagnosed with heart failure, classified according to the NYHA 3 with is very, very serious. He was prescribed medication by the cardiologist which is needed to KEEP HIM ALIVE. NUMEROUS requests, motivations from the cardiologist, forms filled in and Bonitas is refusing to pay for ANY of the chronic medications required to keep him alive!!!

It has been 4 weeks since the forms were sent, with numerous follow ups and we still just get passed from pillar to post. My brother needs his medication to LIVE and it is the end of the second month with nothing.

Despite advertising on their website that they pay for cardiac failure and cardiac myopathy, they have yet to pay a cent. Bonitas, are you waiting so long, hoping that he will die so you don't have to pay?!

Don't use Bonitas, you're better off stashing your money under your mattress.
