When i took the cover the consultant that was helping me never advised me of any proration next thing i go to the GP my fee is not fully paid, i go collect medical aid still there are things that they did not pay for i had to pay for myself my last straw was receiving an sms from Ampath advising me that i had to pay for the blood tests as my medical aid did not pay for that. When i call Bonitas i am then told about the PRORATION from the R5000.00 i am suppose to be given they only gave me benefit amount of R1700.00 for all these items lists gp, specialist, acute medicine, xrays blood tests and other.
