Bonitas is just a Big Bully
I have been paying my medical aid from 2014 with no default. I don't visit the doctor often so are my kids. In 2021 2nd day of January I went for a Covid test till today the service provider is not paid. Everyday I have to deal with harassing calls and threats of legal action over R800 which is a fraction of my monthly premium I pay Bonitas. I have communicated my discomfort and they rep**** on the 11/02/2022. Even today the bill is not paid. I'm not sure whether it is an issue of total lack of respect for customers or they think they have no competition so they may do as they please
