Bonitas is gambling with my life

I'm very frustrated, my asthma chronic medication which was approved about ten years ago was cancelled without any communication. My Dr's rooms and I have been trying to get this sorted out since early June. Many calls, emails, reference numbers,online submissions and that useless WhatsApp service but nothing and nobody cares, even those who promise to call back never call. At some point I was told it's because of the copayment which I have been paying for the past ten years. The staff lacks knowledge, different story everytime you call, their supervisors are always unavailable. It really hurts to see a medical fund gambling with your life like this. Telling the media that the problems are now sorted is a BIG LiE
