Bonitas is failing the people
I am absolutely disgusted in bonitas. We are on bon complete and first they all of a sudden don’t cover our primary hospital and secondly most of the treatments are now not covered. Im sitting in hospitil with my 1 year old daughter and a page was given to me saying upper respiratory tract infection is not covered. Why am i paing thousands of rands for my family of 5 for nothing to be covered. Im now looking into alternative medical funds. Bonitas you are failing the people it’s all about the money.
