Bonitas is failing

What a way, i have a brother inlaw @4months was confirmed to be disabled meaning he was on Bonitas medical aid since that time, now this year they removed him from medical aid as he turned 21 knowing his unfit and goes to the doctor more often my mother inlaw has been taken from pillar to post in order for them to place him back on the medical aid(as my father inlaw passed ON), this people my concern is they knew his disabled and have medical history and photos of him, this is hard for us as family as people are neglecting their duties nor doing their jobs properly, what are to do with his health deteriorating, he was admitted @ hospital my mother inlaw had to pay full cash for him to get best treatment, my question is why was he removed from the medical aid, we require answers from the SP as family, this is too much its affecting us as a family mostly my Mom inlaw.
