Bonitas is beyond doubt the worst medical aid
As a person who has been on various medical aids, good and bad, I can comfortably say that Bonitas is the absolute worst of them all. Your funds do not pay for general medical expenditure, your whatsapp/call center agents are *********** and I wish my place of work never ever enforced that we move over to such a, for use of a better word, "****" medical aid. Its ****ing disgusting knowing I pay almost R9k to you clowns but you still refuse to offer any sort of value in service. I will be leaving this **** medical aid as soon as I can
