Bonitas is as useless as a chocolate teapot
Matthew Singh and Lynn Smith, are probably good employees for Bonitas but for customers Lynn is rude and cannot listen without interjecting, while Matthew is just incompetence personified. Look for a different medical aid because Bonitas is useless.
