Bonitas is anything but people orientated

I just joined Bonitas and regret it already. Bonitas is so rigid and red taped that getting a name I use primarily, known by and is on my ID is a mission. If you are looking for a medical aid that is people orientated, don't give Bonitas a second thought. I've gone through 2 consultants, offering solutions that later management rejects. The reports of my request are incorrectly recorded on their system, clearly training is not their thing either. A name, a simple name that appears on my ID is what Bonitas is struggling to assist me with. If their red-tap is on names that appear on an ID, imagine what their claim processes must be like... I shudder at the though.
