BONITAS is a ****!!!

This is a group of ******** and am honestly sick and tired of it. I am expecting and I was told my hospital an option doesn't have a hospital nearby, (mind you I discovered this quite late) I stay in Fourways and I have to travel all the way to Springs to see a Gynae because they don't have one near me!! I have accepted that and I spoke to their Consultants before even doing this, I was told if I go to Springs because it is my network hospital, everything will be full paid for as long as Its in the hospital. I spoke to 4 different consultants before even doing this, now this nonsense medical aid will NOT pay, they are paying only a quarter of the money. What ******* is this?? I called wanting to speak to their superior, left a message but no one called back. It's been 3days now. It's bad enough that I have to drive from fourways to Springs heavily pregnant, now this??? Why do they keep changing rules and not giving people enough Infor. Literally lying and ******** people nto joining. This is *******, I was NOT going to sign up for this if they had told me the truth. So I am supposed to visit a Gynae and pay for myself all of a sudden?? What ******* is this? I am very upset and I am not letting this go this time. I will NOT have it. Bunch of ******** 🚮
