Bonitas is a ****

I would like to cancel my Bonitas. medical aid with immediate effect as I am highly disappointed with Bonitas. Lately all claims are getting rejected and leaving me in unnecessary depts that I need to settle yet I am paying medical aid. Now I need to be constantly calling Bonitas and let them know that I am going to see a doctor and having to ask if they will pay and the agents would agree but still no payments are being made. Just like recently, I went to do COVID19 tests and I had to confirm if payments will be made and the agents said yes and that I need to do consultations at a GP and I did that but still Bonitas rejected. This is the worst medical scheme and I will tell everyone because this is not acceptable. Now I need to be liable for all rejected claims yet I don't miss any payments. With the payments I was supposed to make for February and March I will need to use that money to make payments for all the rejected claims. I would like to cancel this medical aid with immediate effect please as this is highly not acceptable as I can no longer make use of the medical aid due to all these issues especially for the fact that I am on medical aid and yet I still need to settle the bills that are getting rejected constantly. Then what is the use of this medical aid? Please I do not want to use Bonitas any more.
