Bonitas is a no go zone

Bonitas is a medical aid that does not care about their member's wellbeing. I was hospitalized and they did not pay the hospital in full for a surgery I paid for. I had the surgery in November and till date they are battling to answer a benefit related question. They are so useless and will definitely be moving over to another medical aid for the treatment they have given me, the lack of professionalism and straining the relationship I have with my Dr. Since my surgery I have not been for a check up because they have failed to pay the Dr on time.

How long do I have to ****en wait for a response, right now I am very ill, unable to walk and I did not go to work because I cannot go and see the Dr because this ****en medical aid is not paying my bills. Should I die, you will have hell to pay. I will not be taking this lightly should I not get a call by the end of the day there will be hell to pay. Mark my words.

I sent an email of the clinical update that the schemes claims they did not receive but was approved. If my account is not paid by 10am, a major escalation will be done. You failed me as a member and you will continue to pay for it. I will not be in so much pain for your unprofessionalism.
