BONITAS IS A JOKE
You said they would get back to me about my review published on the 12 Feb 2022, 09:58. Bonitas are *****. I am still waiting for a response via email. Your consultants are useless. They all repeat the same thing: do an online assessment, but I have emailed 6 times asking where to find the assessment and they don't give me an answer. Bonitas is the worst medical aid. I will continue to leave bad reviews until someone emails me back with an actual answer. DO NOT PHONE ME!
