Bonitas is a headache to deal with

My pregnancy with Bonitas has been a rollercoaster. they never wanna pay my service providers and even when they are provided with all the details that they need blood test urine sample they still not pay. I'm not sure what's happening I've been making calls after calls to Bonitas to find out when are they paying the service providers the hospital and the doctors nobody is helping me. Bonitas has been a headache to deal with this during my pregnancy and I'm not even sure where I can go for somebody to assist or where can I report them . Every month I seem to be paying but every month they seem to be *****ing me up.
