BONITAS IS A **** !!
Bonitas is a **** please do not take out medical aid insurance with them I have made a claim for my savings after canceling with them on November 2023 it is now 2025 and I still have not received my savings they keep delaying the process by asking me to submit documents that I had already submitted and told me to wait 14 days it’s past 14 days I call again they say they are waiting for their finance department. This has been ongoing I even visited their office here in PE I still was not assisted to the best of my ability. I am sick and tired of this to an extent that I am taking this to the ombudsman. This company has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. I want my money.
