Bonitas is a ******** cartel

On 1 January I suffered a knee injury, which required immediate medical attention. I called bonitas numerous times to get hospital authorisation and after 2 hours or so of lines not being attended to, I checked myself into the nearest 'network'hospital. To my dismay, none of the claims that were submitted by the hospital were paid, Im left with a bill of +-R4500. This is a person who has never been to a doctor ot hospital since taking membership on 1 July 2021. With all that money that they took from me they are still cruel, evil and ************. I think we must keep the ANC in power to implement the NHI. These medical aids must collapse. They are a cartel of ********s
