Bonitas is a bunch of *******, only there to take your money! Not to pay out hospital bills!
Bonitas is a bunch of *******, only there to take your money every month! Not to pay out hospital bills!
First after waiting with a baby that can't breathe for 45 minutes for Botitas to "Authorise" him to be able to go in the hospital, they couldn't even authorize it properly. Now after 3 months of phone calls and fighting, Bonitas will only pay out 30% of the hospital stay. And that doesn't even include the lab test done in the hospital of which they pay nothing.
What a joke!
Stay away people! Find yourselves other medical aid. Bonitas is worth nothing!
