Bonitas is a ****

I joined bonitas and the information that was explained regarding plans and their plans information is misleading. I took Bonfit Select plan and when i wanted to have my wisdom teeth removed, I was informed that I must call Dennis who claims that my plan does not cover the procedure

I called Bonitas to request to upgrade the plan, no one is willing to assist me and i am told to speak to the broker who help me. The broker is Shane Mashweshwe, I tried calling and sending emails to this person for 2 weeks and with no success. When i call Bonitas later, they all tell me that I need to contact a broker
