bonitas is a ****
Be careful of bonnitas medical fund. They give you a option to go see a doctor at a emergency room after hours when doctors are closed for the day but they refuse to pay for the treatment. They claim that i did not get authorization. If you are in pain authorization is the last thing on your mind. M. van Graan

16 Sept 2025, 19:23I should have mentioned this on my previous mail.
Bonitas blankly refused to ad a medicine that i feel should be added to my chronic medication.
I send them a e mail requested to ad Jalra 50mg to my chronic. it is to control my blood sugar levels.
My sugar levels was to high and the doctor prescribed Jalra 50 mg, and it corrected my sugar level.
The mail i send them they did not even responded and chemist informed me that they rejected it.
