Bonitas is a ****!!!!
Most useless medical scheme out there. They don’t call them a scheme for anything other than that’s exactly what they are, a scheme. We are forced to get our chronic medication from another **** company, pharmacy direct. I wonder what the composition commission will say about Bonitas trying to monopolise who supplies medication?? I WILL be contacting them about my chronic illness being taken very lightly by Bonitas especially in the light of the depression and suicide rates are the highest in the world for men my age. Trying to call them is a fruitless exercise. You get passed from one person to the next useless one and NOBODY helps!!!! Watch the social media platforms for how useless they are!!!!

They would rather have their members die than provide specific medicine to members that were prescribed by medical staff in their respective fields, not just some ill qualified GP that has a god complex and decides on people’s life. So that would by definition make him/her a ******er.
