Bonitas is a ****!!!!!
My dad went in for a Heart procedure in Mediclinic, which he had authorisation for. 3 months later we hear the medical aid had a shortfall payment in hospital for one of the procedures that they gave authorisation for, which we are responsible for. I am a member since 2017, and every year benefits are getting less, and premium are getting higher. Don't ever join Bonitas. After the delivery of my baby I will be changing medical aids for sure!!!
