Bonitas - ****ing you with time and premiums

<p>I am more and more disapointed in Bonitas by each passing day. Their premiums are exorbitantly high for the very little to bare minimum benefits they give you in return. Aside from this, their service is terrible and their claims department is made up of a bunch of *********** fools. Now I know that generally, most medical aids are difficult and expensive etc etc, but at least their benefits are worth the trouble. </p> <p> </p> <p>Bonitas - if you can't get your act together in terms of benefits at least ensure that your service is sound and that claims are sorted out as i am having to pay from my pocket every month (for chronic, mind you), on top of the hefty monthly premium that I pay. </p> <p> </p> <p>Definately looking for a better medical aid scheme for myself and my company.</p>
