Bonitas *****ing my money

Since the transition Bonitas is the worst medical aid. First they reject a claim saying I'm in arrears and my membership was suspended. Then they deduct two remiums which I'm still struggling to get back. I have a whole paper trail of emails. Only reference numbers with no relsolution of my problem. After I contacted hello Peter they sent an email my account is now active and up to date. I did not even realize I was suspended. Seems the people working there doesn't understand what I'm asking. Disgusting service. I need desperate help to get my money back
