Bonitas *****ing from pensioners

On 2 August Bonitas deducted R10 041 out my bank account. (My monthly contribution is R3553.) Firtstly they did not inform me that my contributions went up from R2985 to R3553. Then, in May they deducted an additional R2626 as well as the R3553 because they slipped up to deduct the increased amount for a couple of months. In June/July they deducted nothing and then the R10041 on 2 Aug. I already reported this here. In the mean time all I got from them is an acknowledgement that they owe me close to R3000. It is now 19 days and still no refund. Just a lot of.:"We are so sorry for your inconvenience." Stop being sorry and flippen pay my money back into my account from where you ********ly took it!! I am a pensioner and need that money to survive. If you are so sorry, pay back my money WITH INTEREST.
