I app**** to be terminated from this medical aid last week Tuesday already - the idiots there said 3-5 working days and nothing has been resolved yet - this process needs to be completed quickly as I will not pay Bonitas another cent - debit order needs to be cancelled and a certificate indicating that I will be terminated as at 31 March 2020 - this isn't happening and dealing with those dumb ****s who answer the calls is quite excruciating - please sort this ***en issue out ASAP . There are various reference numbers and frankly I aint including it here - these idiots can go back and see
