Bonitas Income Verification

We submitted proof of income for verification at the beginning of November 2023. Later in the month we got reminded that we must submit proof of income for verification, which we did again (for the 2nd time) and also asked for confirmation that they have received it. No feedback from them. No they escalated us to the highest income bracket and taken the first premium which is about R500 per month more than normal. Absolutely shocking and we now got to know Bonitas is under new administration and it seems that communication to their clients just disappeared along with documentation sent to them. This puts us in a very embarrassing situation as we are pensioners and don't have funds available to play around with.
