Bonitas imposes late joiner penalty unfairly
Bonitas imposed a Late joiner penalty on my medical aid even with proof of interchangeability. They lack customer service and have long delays in responding to their customers. I have provided additional medical aid certificates but I am yet to be treated fairly and for the corrections to be made.
