BONITAS ILL TREAT PENSIONERS!!!

<p>We submitted documents as we do every year to verify that my parents are state pensioners (Query no: 311016Q0228M). </p> <p>Every year we submit my fathers bank statement and pension letter. If thats not enough now they want the spouses pension letter and also their income. </p> <p> </p> <p>I fully understand the need for a bank statement but the pension letter? Sadly they do not get younger each year but older! Do you know what its like for people in the 70's to stand in queues for hours at a sassa government office only to be treated like pests but they bite their tongue and wait their turn just to get a stupid piece of paper to prove to Bonitas that they do in fact receive a state pension! If your employess bother to read the bank statement then will in fact discover that they receive a state pension!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a bit gob smacked at the mentality of this! Unless my parents win the lotto or some company decides to employ my frail old parents, their income is sadly just a state pension! </p> <p> </p> <p>Until we win the lotto we are stuck with this useless bunch of sods at Bonitas! I just hung up the phone after 12 minutes of being put on hold by another useless call centre agent at Bonitas! You guys really win award of the year for USELESS!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
