Bonitas Hospital plan refuse to pay for birth!

<p>For my baby due in January 2017, I already requested pre-authorisation from both Bonitas and Liberty Life in October 2016. As they were busy with the merge no-one could give me authorisation, I only received it in January 2017 on the day I went into labour. This included everything for a standard birth, including audiology and take home medication. To this day the birth and the audiologist has not been paid. It has been 9 months! The claims have been re-submitted numerous times, the birth was rejected last for R170 tske home medication, even though R340 was authorised. And the audiologist, a standard hearing test for a baby, was rejected because babies do not need speach lessons, after a motivational letter was submitted stating that this was for a hearing test! This is just not acceptable as I have been paying for years without claims!</p>
