Bonitas Hospital Authorisation

I emailed Bonitas hospital authorisation on May 14th for a surgery scheduled May 23rd. I received a confirmation of the receipt of that email the same claiming it would be dealt with in 72 hours. To date, I have not received any correspondence. According to their website, it states 'How to get hospital pre-authorisation quickly and easily'. There was nothing quick or easy about it.
