Bonitas hopeless
5 months ago we submitted an invoice for a refund for an APPROVED claim To date after weekly mails and phone calls we just get passed off with a message we will contact you in 5 days. 5 days later the same response and so it goes. BONITAS are just nor interest Now 5 months and we need the R28 050 for another procedure
