BONITAS HELL ON EARTH
I moved to bonitas cause it was more afforable , OMG its hell. DONT Move you rather pay more cause trust me you will be spending way more.
I moved from medical aid to medical aid, no break in between , my hospital claims I had to pay and its still not paid. You think that was bad, enough , I asked to be debited in arrears after months that was not done. You think that was bad enough, no I have doctors claims that I paid and I gave statements and I had to take the consultant through that.
Than I had to select 2 GPs who than moved and their system did not pull up the GPS i had to call them!
SO PLEASE STAY WITH THE MEDICAL AID YOU ON , IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY TO BE SAFE , DONT GO TO BONITAS!
