Bonitas health review benefit a ****!!

In my previous cycle I did a health assessment with a medical center. To my understanding that automatically qualified me for a dietician consultation or spa treatment. No maximum amount is stipulated for this bonus benefit.

I went to see a dietician . And a portion of the payment was paid to the service provider by Bonitas. I am certain the terms and conditions of the consultation specified that I can see a dietician of my choice and the dietician will be paid in full. No maximum amount is specified. Bonitas has now on the instruction of Ashley Mashigo deducted funds from the current financial year. The only correspondence I got was we will be transferring this to the current year no one called to get further clarity no one asked me if I was ok with this. I requested that I be informed before this is done and all I am getting is I should know deduction codes to claim against. This is an appauling level of service and if the benefit will be deducted from my funds I never would have used it. If bonitas says this is an additional benefit dont fall for it they just want to rip you off because at the end they will not do their due diligence but transfer the costs back to you.
