BONITAS Health Coach has STILL not contacted me since 23/04/2017

<p>The useless Medical Aid that I have endured for nearly 20 years only because of the hassle of mving unilaterally put Diabetics at risk and not adequately covered by dropping the CDE and starting a new Diabetes Management Programme which they obviously have not thought through clearly. I was told on 23/04/2017 that a Diabetes HEALTH COACH will contact me to discuss my Diabetes Care. It is nearly 3 months and this has not happened. I need to contact an Ombudman of some sort as clearly Bonitas does not care!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Dr AA Khan</p> <p>Cell ********** 416</p>
