Bonitas have more hidden groups than the CIA!

I was a Boncap member on Bonitas. I had to go for a hip replacement and was told I had to upgrade to a plan that covers a hip replacement. I called in and asked the operator who helped me which plan cover a hip replacement and she said Standard plan cover it. I changed to the Standard plan and now that I'm going for the operation, I had to hear the news that neither me, nor my doctor is registered on the joint replacement group. Nobody told me that I have to register on anything, or any other info was given to me. They also informed me my doctor isn't register on the joint care group. He doesn't know of this and asked the other orthopedic doctors if they know of this, and they say this is new to them as well. I called again and according to Bonitas he is registered on the joint care program but when the doctor called, they told him he isn't. Now I have a copayment of R35250.00 because neither the doctor nor I'm register. What the hell is this of Boitas?? As long as you pay and pay, they don't have a problem but try and use them they have all the excuses in the world!! I'm so sick of this that I can scream! I sit here in so much pain and Bonitas don't care at all for their customers just their money!!
