Bonitas hasnt paid the March hospital claim

My mom was admitted in March at Tshepo Temba hospital and the hospital has since been sending claims to Bonitas but they haven't paid. Now the hospital has handed my 82 years old mother to their attorneys for the unpaid bill with arrears added. Bonitas claim the hospital didn't submit patient details. The hospital claim they have submitted all the information needed.<br> I would like that whoever is responsible should also account for the arrears.
