Bonitas has deteriorated significantly - Very poor service delivery

No care attitude is an understatement of what I had to experience from Bonitas these past few weeks. They don't process billing correctly. They are non-responsive. No one takes ownership. You get pushed from pillar to post. I have easily over 10 *** and to date, still can't get assistance. Trying to escalate this is near impossible. I've had to lodge a formal complaint against them with the CMS in an attempt to get assistance. Really hoping the CMS holds these guys accountable and I get my simple query resolved.
