Bonitas has a cheek!
On the 2nd od January 2019 Bonitas took off more than double my premium and, regardless of how many emails and phone calls I've had to make, my monies still have not been refunded. The monies I recieve monthly is just enough to cover my medical aid and my son's school fees. As a result, my son cannot attend school until his fees are paid and there is a penalty that I have to tey and sc**** together now! I'm a single mom and this has caused so much added problems for me! I'm disgusted that they were quick enough to take my money but here I have to sit and wait for them to one day return it...when it suits them!!!
