BONITAS HARASSMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP THAT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL

I cancelled my membership with bonitas. I paid them all my outstanding membership last year in December. Since then it has been a living nightmare with bonitas. they gave my account to a place that collects outstanding money I have send maybe a 100 times proof of payment to this place and to bonitas. in January bonitas said they would sort this matter out. This morning again I got a mail saying that I owe bonitas money. What is wrong with you people? It looks like bonitas medical scheme cant do there job. I had enough of Bonitas harassments. Please sort this matter out it has been 3 months already. I have got all the proof and reference numbers for this problem. I would never suggest you as a medical fund for anybody.
