Bonitas giving me a bad name

To Whom It May Concern

Please confirm whether the attached claim has been paid to Ampath, if not I will pay the amount that they are requesting, you as Bonitas have given me a bad name with Ampath, Dr RD Kyte and the X-Ray department with accounts which were and some still outstanding since the 18th of February 2018 which have not been paid, I will need to have this issue at hand escalated to a more senior person within Bonitas, this will also be posted on Hello Peter.i have also attached a statement for Dr RD Kyte which I have paid and I now need a statement reflecting that this was not paid by Bonitas so that I can claim my money back from my GAP Policy.
