Bonitas ghost their clients!
My claims are being rejected. The GP is on my plan and it is the second time this has happened. Impossible to get hold of anyone at Bonitas. Been on the whatsapp line for days. It times out continuously, at least 30 attempts. No assistance whatsoever! Be careful of believing the brochure or website. They reject as a rule. Then ghost you.
