Bonitas getting more and more unreliable... their staff is worse

If I could rate bonitas zero,I would. I made a double payment for December and January on my co tributes on 22 Dec and send proof of payment to *** as requested but to this day my medical aid is terminated. I am a diabetic patient and in serious need of my insulin but pharmacy direct cannot put through their claims because bonitas says I'm terminated. I called and used up all my airtime back and forth from bonitas to pharmacy direct with no help. I don't know what else to do. I asked tsegofatso at bonitas to call pharmacy direct to sort out this mess and she put me on hold until I ran out of airtime and never bothered calling me back. Times are tough and medical aid is expensive and the only reason I'm with bonitas is because their rates are cheap... but I understand why, because their service is pathetic. Cheap is really expensive because now I'm paying with my health. Can someone please have a little bit of compassion, and take initiative and get this sorted out immediately. Why do I have to pay medical aid and still have to pay my insulin from my pocket all because my medical aid is ***********.
