BONITAS FAILS TO SETTLE DOCTOR’S CLAIM
Bonitas won’t pay for my consultation to an ophthalmologist in spite of that I have app**** for the Benefit Booster. Bonitas has not explained their rejection to me even though I have forwarded the ophthalmologist’s claim to them more than 2 weeks ago.
