Bonitas Failing to pay hospital account..

Patient was in hospital and we on standard option..The cardiology claims 20000 for the days he was checking da patient as authorization for hospital was obtained but I don't understand why is dis not bn paid and no one is giving me concrete feedback I've bn sending emails for the past two years as 5 hey are paying and reversing it ...nw lexmed is taking me to court for something that I think is supposed to be paid by bonitas.
