Bonitas fail to pay for essential medical prossedure

I am surprised with every statement I get. After fracturing my jaw in three places in an accidental fall, I cant believe that some of the claims are not paid. The latest statement on 30 September show that the follow up consultation to remove the wire device keeping my mouth shut so that the fractures could heal was not paid. And they had to be removed! Along with that the actual removal of the wires also were not paid. Really time to change to another medical aid like Best Med maybe. I hear you are properly covered when an accidental fractures happen.

I am do worried now because a lot of my teeth broke during this same accident and is really painful and I cannot chew food until fixed, that would have to be repaired. A lot of theeth were also displaced and lost because of the impact to my face.

Now if you already do not oay the doctors for things that must be done like consultation and removal of the internal wire splint, hoe are you going to see that my teeth are repaired?
